About GOTS

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the world’s leading certification for organic textiles. Being GOTS-certified means:

  • Use of organically grown cotton free from toxic chemicals and pesticides.
  • Fair labor practices across the supply chain, no child labor, no discrimination, and safe working conditions
  • Strict criteria for all garment components including threads, buttons, zips and dyes
  • Full traceability through independent verification at every stage, from farm to finished product

Our customers can request a third-party transaction certificate for each order. The document is issued by GOTS and serves as evidence that the products made to fulfill a specific order were produced per organic standards.

The Process

Capacity

We have in - house production capacity of around 100000 units per month. With a pool of more than 100 skilled and efficient employees.

Quality Checker

Vci offers its buyers consistent and uniform quality. The production process has quality check points at every stage of garment production to ensure customer satisfaction. These check points are manned by QC professionals.

Sampling

We have the capability to handle most complex styles.

Cutting

We use latest techniques for fabric cutting to ensure accurate cutting of fabrics. Our daily cutting capacity is in excess of 5000-7000 pieces.

Packaging

We want to reduce plastic pollution without compromising on the quality of our packaging. Hence we are using bio based plastic made from corn starch.

Finishing

Finishing is an important process as it improves the appearance of the garment and makes it suitable for the end - users. We have a dedicated team that works for the entire finishing process
